
From Burned Out to Whole: Why I Do This Work
For years, I looked like I had it all together. I was driven, high-achieving, constantly pushing forward — but inside, I was exhausted, anxious, and completely disconnected from myself. I ignored the signs: the sleepless nights, the constant overwhelm, the feeling of just getting through the day. I thought burnout was just part of being successful. Eventually, my body and spirit said enough. That breaking point changed everything. It forced me to slow down, to listen, and to finally ask: What if the way I’ve been living isn’t actually living at all?
Through that question, I found my way to holistic healing — not just surface-level self-care, but deep, nervous-system-calming, soul-nourishing work that helped me feel safe, whole, and alive again. I learned to tune back into my body, to honor my emotions, and to live from a place of alignment rather than survival. And now, I help others do the same.
